What to Expect

A Quick Conversation

One and done! This is a 45-minute session completed via Zoom or phone. It's a perfect way to talk to Heidi about a question you have or get her advice on a health concern and be on your way. If you find this conversation helpful and want to continue on the path toward healing, I can recommend a program or package that would best fit your needs.

No Testing or Testing Analysis

Heidi won’t complete any research or fact-finding prior to our meeting, nor will she provide any written information. She cannot look at any previous testing or lab results. She might recommend further functional testing, Group Functional Medicine or Private Functional Medicine, but these recommendations are optional and an additional cost.

I do not offer to review your past or current supplement usage or any previous lab work with this package. If you are looking for a review of your healing plan or creation of a new healing plan please contact Heidi to schedule the appropriate program, package, or session.

Get Your Questions Answered

  • Can I schedule more than one Quick Session?

    YES! You can schedule as many as you would like, but these sessions don't come with the perks of any of Heidi's packages. If she recommends any testing or you would like support in your healing journey, a package or program is the way to reach those goals. 

  • Will you review a test or lab I have results for?

    I can't review a lab or test during a Quick Session. If you have additional testing you want me to review I will recommend the best package for you. 

  • How does payment work?

    Payment for EnergyRx is due at the moment of registering for the program. We take all major credit cards, debit cards, FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Accounts). We do not work directly with insurance companies in an effort to keep our costs as low as possible.
